HOUSTON, Texas, August 1, 2026 – Evantic, a leading provider of high-performance polymer components and solutions, is pleased to welcome Anil Sadana as Director of Product Development. Anil will lead Evantic’s New Product Development team, helping transform customer and market insights into innovative polymer solutions that support customer success and drive the company’s continued growth.
Anil joins Evantic from UTEX Industries, where he served as Global Key Account Manager. Prior to that, he spent a significant portion of his career at Baker Hughes, leading new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization. With more than 20 years of industry experience in innovation, product development, and commercialization across a broad range of polymer systems, Anil brings valuable expertise to Evantic.
As Director of Product Development, Anil will lead cross-functional teams through the complete product development lifecycle while partnering closely with Evantic’s operations and commercial functions to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and successful product launches. He and his team will support product development across Evantic’s diverse portfolio of polymer materials and components while identifying opportunities for innovation and new business growth. His priorities include accelerating the product development pipeline, facilitating collaboration among engineering, operations, and commercial teams to support faster speed to market, and establishing greater rigor and consistency throughout the product development process.

Anil earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Nanotechnology at Rice University in Houston. He is an active member of the Energy Polymer Group, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and ISO and AWES work committees.
