We have been manufacturing PTFE diaphragms for the air-operated double diaphragm pump industry since 1989. Our proprietary manufacturing process improves the flexibility and longevity of our PFI diaphragms, allowing them to consistently outperform competitive products in durability testing.
Our Texolon flange gaskets have a 304 stainless steel encapsulated core and are excellent for corrosive, high pressure applications. They provide rigidity and reduce creep in pipes and pipe flanges and are ANSI & ASME B16.5 compliant. Special sizes available up to 48″. Temperature range is -400 ̊F to 500 ̊F.
Our PFI bellows are CNC machined using our proprietary method from solid materials to create a flexible member. This gives our bellows exceptional strength, flexibility, and longer life. Bellows can be constructed of Virgin PTFE, PTFE compounds, UHMW, Polyethylene or several other materials depending on the design specifications and requirements.
We manufacture and machine o-rings, back-up rings, valve seals and piston rings up to 100” in diameter. Our products offer extreme temperature, high pressure, and chemically inert properties for the most demanding applications.
Easy to use and highly durable, Evantic Thread Seal Tapes meet critical MIL-A-A-58092 (MIL-Spec 27730A) requirements with .003″ – .0035″ thickness and temperatures -450 ̊F to 500 ̊F. Common color selections include yellow for gas line use and pink for plumbing and pipe fittings, with white, gray and green as additional options.
