Produced from compression-molded billets using Evantic’s proprietary skiving technologies, our skived PTFE sheets deliver thin, flexible, and smooth surfaces with precise thickness control. Available in virgin, compounded, and modified grades, these sheets are ideal for bearings, sliding surfaces, and intricate applications requiring a tailored fit and consistent performance.
Evantic High Purity (EHP) Materials
Amilon™ PTFE is available in our Evantic High Purity (EHP) offering, engineered for exceptional chemical resistance with minimal metallic contamination. Produced under strict ISO-certified cleanroom protocols, EHP materials are ideal for semiconductor, electronics, medical, life sciences, and pharmaceutical applications where contamination control is critical.
